Restoran Al Bidayah - Selayang — Restaurant in Selayang Municipal Council

This restaurant is simply the best in their own way. One thing i would recommend here is its Nasi Kandaq Kuah Campuk. Ooooo, mouth watering and finger lickin' good.

Let me guide you towards a gastronomical view of what you shall try.

White Rice, topped with all sorts of 'kuah'. Tell them you want 'kuah banjir'. Next up try their ayam bawang, followed by a piece of daging kicap and accompanied with half of a salted egg, cabbage (a must vege condiment for nasi kandaq) and chase it off with some crispy papadam (or appalam).

Note : I would suggest you to take half rice (as for the guy 'nasi separuh')

Order this for a take away and have it in your home. Not in the car as you are going to experience a sloppy (thats how it should be) yet magical experience. Thank me once you are done.

You will never regret this.

Oh, by the way, it all comes up to approximate RM 12 or lesser.

Ps : Go there ard 11am to 2pm or regret of bot having it coz their ayam bawang sells...

Most overated Mamak in BBS. The Nasi goreng and Mee goreng tasted nothing. Feels like they barely put any salt on it. The Nasi goreng and Mee goreng didn't have a meat or egg in it, but cost around rm10 per plate. Definitely not worth it.

Some of the staffs weren't even listening to you when you're trying to order. I ordered for spicy n.goreng and he wasn't even paying attention, even when I kept repeating the order. When it arrived of course it wasn't spicy at all. Tbh I don't mind it wasn't as requested but at least treat your customer right.

Tbh doesnt deserve any star at all.. want to order more than 3 foods, im the last cust at the cashier, no one before me, and the mamak has the audacity to call me lembab ??? 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 mind you tak sampai 30 saat / 1 min pon.. a disappointment honestly.. ive worked at an fnb, busy too with 150K sales but never in my life treated any customer in such way.. u guys need to improve service.. tua ke muda ke, if i didnt tengking ke baran ke ape ke or request pelik pelik ke, u dont get to yell and say bad...
