Customer service, imperatively, must be improved. Particularly, in their mannerism while taking orders and spoken ability. You can't name a restaurant: Chennai, when your staff i.e. waiters couldn't communicate in tamizh, well at least up-skill your staff member with basic spoken Tamil. You can't expect your customers to speak Hindi or English all the time. Speaking about the quality of food, you need to appoint a sous chef, the least you could, to taste the food served before serving. The Potato gravy for chapati was looking okay except it smelled like burnt. Apparently, quality control of your food is not given careful attention too. Even if, it could be an isolated case altogether, well, it shouldn't have happened. No wonder there were not many customers patronizing this restaurant when we walked in. Reasons: 1. No smling faces 2. Grumpy way of taking order 3. Untrained staff!!! Buck up guys. Live up to the name of the restaurant the least!!! Chennai is far-fetched of a name for a shoddy...

I think we are all soon going to cook at home and eat rather than outside. I have experience in dealing with food shop and know the exact price perday modal. Now everyone is taking advantage and their only reason was recovery from pandemic, food shops owner does not close their shop nor loose their job during that time. So please be considerate when charging customers. We would like to see a long term business...
