KFC — Restaurant in Sepang

Poor food quality Last week I orderred the dinner plate via app after 9pm, and this is what I got one piece chicken which is very hard and tasteless, I think is a re-cook chicken; another piece of chicken is cold only one out of three piece of chicken is tasted normal and warm. So disappointed with the food quality

Long waiting time (more than 1 hour) + wrong flavour = poor service Today i order dinner plate (one original + 2 spicy chicken) again after I arrived the kfc restaurant. There is only spicy chicken ready for serve in the food cabinet, original chicken need to wait. After waiting for 30min, i saw the screen shown that my order is ready for pick up, but when I asked the staff, he said not yet ready, chicken not ready yet. Then I just keep waiting, but so many people come after me had pick their order and leave, but I'm still haven't get my food, then I ask the staff again, because I ALREADY WAIT FOR ONE HOUR TO PICK MY FOOD!!! Then the staff finally pick my order after I asked him. But after I go back home, I notice that all I got are SPICY chicken only, there is no original chicken in the box. So what's the point i wait for 1 hour???!!!! There are Spicy chicken in the food cabinet when I make order. If you only can give me spicy chicken, just give it to me when I made order, what's the point for asking me to wait... for one hour ..then give me the wrong order??!!! Really bad service

System down/long waiting time Got once I order with app and pick my food in the kfc restaurant. When I arrive there, there is so crowd, staffs were taking order with writing in paper due to system down. And some customers claim that they have been waiting for...

Very hard to get a parking there.. Right beside a busy main road. The staffs was friendly (sheela) & courteous. The upstairs floor is a bit tricky (it has a door) when you have a hand full of food in your tray.. It's good that they keep the temp cool with the door.. Better that you have a partner with you when you decided to dine(upstairs).. You will need someone to open the door for you. They was no sauces what so ever so my husband has to go downstairs to get the chilly packets.. Standard chilly sauce counter is out of stocks. If you knew than you should have provided your customers with it during ordering time. We were accompanied by school childrens who was actually eating a take out food(tapau) from outside n chatting. Another table right behind us was actually on a date if you can say that bcoz the gal was actually sleeping while the boy was looking at her.. I do see a cctv at the ceiling but can't actually see what's the used of that...

well that girl with stripes shirt (short girl, i guess she a manager) not so friendly! i ask nicely how come the popcorn are not available even it is still appear in the menu! and they without proper addressing to me said “popcorn takde “ well girl you have to tell us ( customers) politely that the popcorn are not available anymore! ini tak cakap “popcorn takde ala carte” very confusing! just straight forward and say that menu unavailable. She told me without respect as their customers! kinda rude for me! LOL! . One more thing i heard a lot about this outlet but still i go and eat although its not as good as other outlets! well this outlet need a lot of improvement! btw that manager girl (i know your name) you should improve your...
