My (1st time) experience during my visit today - 061122 @ 7.30pm (after maghrib) until 8.30pm (leave the place): 1. Parking is free and there's a plenty empty parking space 2. Ambience is good although after rain. 1 staff cleaning wet table and chairs, with 2 tables occupied with a group of customers 3. However, as this my 1st time here, I sat at the chairs and didn't notice that I've to order at the counter. None of the staff approached to tell me this. And, it look like the counter is closed. Not sure why - I assumed for their Maghrib prayer. But there is 2 or 3 staff sitting next to the counter doing nothing. 4. As the new customer keep coming and we're still waiting, finally at 8pm, the counter is open. And yes, none of the staff there informed (by telling or writings) about the opening time while we wait. 5. Then we have to que for order. And it's ok. Not a problem at all. But... The queuing place is where the car can enter and exit. Meaning, at the parking space. 6. As my turn to order, the staff friendliness to take order can give a credit. But.. As they mentioned they short of cash exchange and none receipt to be given (problem with cash register) cust are advised to pay by boost (QR pay) which is acceptable. 7. Order is quickly done and I've decided to take away as its already late for me to chill. Room for improvement: After read several reviews in Google maps (which not mentioned), below is my opinion for improvement: 1. Signage - Order at counter need to be placed more at the seating area as cust maybe not know. 2. Parking/ queuing area - need to adjust as it is not proper 3. Cashier - need to change the table as there is no place for cust put their item (nasi lemak, kuih) to pay. 4. Operation time - rest time/ solat must put a proper signage as cust will know when counter will open/ closed In summary: Variety of food - 3 stars Taste of food - 3 stars Price of food - 2.5 stars (a bit pricey - kuih that I bought) Variety of drinks - 4 stars Price of drinks - 4 stars Taste of drinks - 3.5 stars Ambience - 4 stars Information/ service - 2 stars (have to wait longer) Cleanliness - 4.5 stars Ps: a lot of mosquitoes (especially at night) as the place is surrounded by trees

The place was very nice, located in the middle of a residential area, with a good amount of parking by the road side. It has wonderful kampung-like vibes too with the open air dining area. But that's the only good thing about this place. I really wish the coffee was better. It was not freshly brewed, even though they advertised the place as a cafe (there's Kopi in the name...). Instead, they had these massive jugs filled with milk and coffee that have been pre-prepared, so they just take a cup filled with ice to the brim and pour whatever coffee you ordered. The end result? My Latte Kampung tasted like iced water with a hint of milk and a drop of coffee😭 They really watered down my coffee to the point of no return😭 This has got to be the worst coffee I've ever tasted so far😭 Luckily the Nasi Ayam Ganja was very good! Feels like you're eating authentic nasi kandar, kudos to the joki for getting the kari mixture right👍👍 It would be wayy better if there's veggies included macam kubis goreng atau tauge, baru syok! Highly recommended. Final verdict: Latte Kampung - 0.5/5 Nasi Ayam Ganja - 4/5

Yes, the operation hours no longer started with breakfast. They open at 3pm everyday until further notice. And they now had more foods to offer on menu. Kopi Pokok for tea time...! Delish as always ❤️ Updated as on 16/3/2022 One thing never change, the hospitality. Friendly and helpful. I think it was started sometimes back. Its just me not uploading some more photos. There was a day i went, they got Nasi Lemak, Nasi Dagang, Pulut Kuning, kuih-muih and new to menu, Nachos. The nasi dagang (terengganu style) so yummy. The nasi lemak is so so (makan for kenyang only) 😅 Those kuih, mostly sedap. Cant say the exact kuih you will get of the day. But they have apam kukus, keria, tok aji serban, kek pisang muffin cute and many more. Some suggested to check out their Instagram for menu of the day. I might beed to try their butter coffee sometimes next because most of the time, im addicted to signature coffee. Neh, i'm not a fan of caramel 😅 Lets get there and check out yourself.

Kopi Pokok is a charming, nature-inspired café known for its relaxing outdoor setting—often under big trees or near greenery—giving it a peaceful, kampung-like vibe.

Ambience: The open-air concept with rustic furniture and natural surroundings makes it a perfect spot for casual hangouts, family brunches, or even working remotely in a laid-back environment.

Food & Drinks: They serve a mix of local and Western dishes, but are especially known for their coffee. Signature drinks like Kopi Pokok (local-style coffee), iced lattes, and refreshing mocktails are popular. The menu may also include pasta, rice dishes, croffles, and local kuih.

Service: Friendly and helpful staff. During peak hours, there might be a wait, but service is generally smooth.

Highlights: Instagrammable location Family-friendly Affordable prices

Things to Note: Outdoor seating means it can get hot during the afternoon Parking may be limited depending on location

A cozy café perfect for nature lovers and coffee...
