I used to be a loyal customer, visiting almost twice a week with my wife. However, I’ve stopped going after a terrible experience with the cashier and one of the female staff. Despite many staff members knowing me personally, they accused me of not paying because my bill was found on the floor instead of at the cashier. For the record, I paid via QR code which I saved on my phone, as I always do.
After all the overpriced meals I’ve paid for as a loyal customer, why would I suddenly not pay? This was so unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m deeply disappointed because I expected better from a place I frequented for so long.
Although the food is overpriced, I’ll give credit to your teh tarik maker, Farouk—he’s kind and makes excellent teh tarik. But the service? Absolutely unacceptable. The cashier and the female staff (both big-sized) need serious training or should be replaced.
I will never step foot in this restaurant again....

Read moreI've been watching this restaurant grown from two shoplots to three and now, four.. Whether you like it or loathe it, you must admit that this restaurant offers a variety of different dishes from morning to all day menu.. Also, I'm lucky that almost everything that I ordered was delicious.. The price is a bit steep but the owner doesn't force you to eat at this restaurant.. So, if you feel pricey, don't eat.. It's simple as that.. The cleanliness must buckle up and maintained throughout the day.. During those days I used to que and pay with owner's daughter as her calculation was much cheaper than her mother.. Not only me, others as well.. However, I just found out that the daughter is no longer around.. She passed away due to cancer.. May Allah bless your...
