McDonald's Petron Seksyen 24 DT — Restaurant in Shah Alam

I want to complain regarding service. After order at drive thru, the staff should repeat and my order should appeared at the screen, right? But it didn't.

I want to order Crispy Chicken Scrambled Egg Sandwich but got Scrambled Egg Sandwich only instead. Ordered Latte with 1 pump sugar. Luckily I sip on the dot, no sugar so need to ask em to add sugar.

As I've been craving Crispy Chicken Sandwich, am willing to order again. So yup. Twice. Second time, me myself need to reconfirm my own food at the payment counter. The staff simply replied "yang tu lain kak". I don't have energy to argue since it's morning and I don't want to waste my time and energy.

At the first place, you should reconfirm my order and my order should appeared on the screen with the amount that I should pay.

Hereby, I attached my receipt of purchase as I look forward on the management to look after...

Extremely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. When I needed help and asked the staff for more information, they responded with clear impatience and attitude, it was like I was bothering them. Hello? McDonald’s is supposed to be a happy fast food place. I’m here to enjoy a meal, not to deal with bad attitudes.

It’s normal for customers to ask questions. If your staff doesn’t want to provide service, maybe they shouldn’t be dealing with customers at all. The way they act, it’s like we owe them millions or something. Really ruins the whole dining experience. Hope the management seriously looks into staff training, this kind of attitude is damaging...

some staff okay,some not friendly if they dont want to work its better to gave their position to other people who want to work,also i'm regular cust there always eat there but still treat me like ghost,and food that were order sometimes getting worse,more worse i even can't asking for more sauces and then why u stopped the tube one if u can gave more packet sauce,what a dumb management,probaly will be last visiting there. For you guys who want to dine in or take away just think twice,cuz there's probaly more friendly and good serving food mcd restaurant around the area.
