Mcdonald's Subang Bestari DT — Restaurant in Shah Alam

7.30am I see there's staff cleaning up floors outside every morning but what's the point cleaning outside while inside is in bad condition? Please take note on sits and tables especially. If you are customers, you sit on such bench?

8.08am when I see staff cleaning, they just clean the table without even look at the sit. When I tell them to look at the sit and ask them to clean up. They giving such terrible expressions and just walk away. I am checking how long it takes for that staff to respond to my feedback. The staff went back grumbling around and take few mins to walk out from counter again and just shove all the dirts on floor then WALK AWAY??? Bravo!

Updated Cleanliness improved after a week. Clearly they did improve based on customer feedback.

For further suggestion, Nasi Lemak we order very frequent seriously need further improvement. Ikan bilis sometimes is too little. It would be great if can have some...

Give it a last try, really regret. First we only have like 4 cars in drive through. It tooks more than ten minutes to take orders. After that cashier mess up the order payment. Today 17 but credit card charge only 7. Ask me to pay extra 10 in cash.

Waited more than 15 mins for food to arrive...

Drive through have to wait more than 15 minutes at morning? What is happening to fast food?? If I were to wait so long better I eat other food else where.

Update on 24december 2021: Give it another try. At morning 9am hash brown already run out. If you know you are going to serve breakfast how come no prepare for it?

Ordered Nasi lemak, flat white medium, prosperity burger chicken. Ordered time at 12:23pm, received food at almost 12:45pm. Waited for 20 mins. Usual typical mcd branch, I would get in 5-10 mins They made my drink flat white first. It became tad cold already instead of hot due to waiting time. Nasi Lemak no sambal given :) Drive thru causing the line outside jam and ended up block the T junction. Inconvenient most of the nearby drivers passing by there. I parked and take away from inside restaurant instead, small crowd but turns out that taking away from inside restaurant is the same waiting time during drive thru.
