The price getting higher and higher..
Im a regular customer at NKSB at klang branch and when they open new branch here, this place always be my dine in place due to lot closer from my home.. from the first day opening, i come here and i can observe some few things..
I start with good ones, the size of restaurant is smaller and the robot did not have to walk/go far away to deliver order. Next, the order preparing time was absolutely good and the price from the first week of opening remain the same as klang branch. This all good
But why i give 3 out of 5? Because the price getting higher by days.. before they already having price spike but for me still consider okay but yesterday the price getting up again and for me its not worth and become to pricey now. This is restaurant deserve 'nasi kukus kayangan' title. The quality seems little bit drop, the size of cucumber getting really smaller, the dipping sauce for sotong really not enough and for me the price spike is not consistent with the quality of food..
Im sorry for saying this but before NKSB was one of the malay restaurant i always look up into, they have good order system, good robot, good staff but with the recent price spike i will remove this from my list and i will advise people before coming here, prepare your money wisely because this is not ordinary nasi kukus price.
Remarks, for the klang branch i did give 5...
Read moreCame here for lunch on a Sunday, arrived at 1:15pm. The restaurant looks full almost to the brim, wowww, such a popular spot amongst Malay families. As we stepped inside, it was a relief that there were still a few tables available for new customers. Order is online, we have to scan the QR code with our handphone to open the menu. As we were looking at the menu, robot servers past by to send foods ordered by other patrons. Waaaa.....that was amazing. We ordered the signature dish, "nasi kukus with sotong besar", it was priced reasonably at rm18.50 per set. It only took about 10 minutes, for the robot server to send us our food. The sotong was really satisfyingly big, fried in their special batter, which tasted very nice. The rice was served with a small plastic bowl of gravy, which was delicious, but I really like to eat rice with a lot of gravy.... I am the "banjir" type of guy😁😅. Unfortunately, as they use robots, we cannot request for extra gravy. Overall, i am very happy with meal, it was delicious and very satisfactory....
Read moreI ordered sotong kerabu rice for lunch. The food was very delicious. As for the blue rice, even though the color is quite striking, it doesn’t affect the taste at all, it’s just like regular white rice. I really liked the large-sized sotong, but I couldn’t finish it and had to wrap it up. Thankfully, the waiter provides food wrapping, so if you can’t finish your meal, just pack it up! Jangan mubazir!
The teh tarik special was sooooo tasty! The sweetness was just right, it was thick, and it even had ice cream on top! Must try!
The parking area is quite spacious, and the dining area is comfortable. The food is served by a delivery robot, but we have to take the plate ourselves since the robot doesn’t place it directly on the table. Always a successful experience—hopefully, I can visit here again! Very tasty!
I’m from Indonesia, and FYI, the robot delivers food while playing Indonesian songs. I was really entertained by...
