Its gonna a long one

Food & taste: okay je but mood is ruined after 3 hours

Customer service: BAD. Only explained about waiting time when arriving at the counter and said will call after the food is done BUT NO CALL and I have to check myself

Waiting time: Came at 3pm. 1 HOUR (TO ORDER); 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUTES (FOR THE FOOD TO BE READY)

Suggestion: Have a better system for ordering. Ask one of your staffs to explain your menu and give the customer a paper to write down their order WHILE QUEING. Let them just pay for the food at the counter to reduce queing time. Petak jugak dah sampai kat depan baru nak explain apa ada dah bazir berapa lama. Prepare payung ke apa for them kasi lah customer senang hati sikit beratur.

Limit order per person to reduce time or make a separate kitchen for bulk orders. Not fair for some people who just wanna come and try. Focus more on quality than quantity.

Make the que behind your stalls. Kesian lah your neighbours nak meniaga but kena block by your customers. Luas kot kawasan belakang tu siap boleh buat busking.

Announce your waiting time from time to time not when the customer has arrived at the counter. Apa cerita dah beratur sejam bila sampai kena tunggu lagi 2 jam. Rasa bazir je beratur dah sejam but nak merasa gak nak kena.hadap tunggu lagi 2 jam.

FYI, go to Dippers USJ 9. They have much better system than you.

Conclusion: If you have half a day to spare then go....

Here’s my honest POV and a bit of constructive criticism if you don’t mind accepting it ,

I ordered Lamb and Beef Tacos , within arrival i don’t know which one is which, i am just gonna assume the dry one is the beef while the moist one is lamb,

Beef - a bit bland and dry even with birria consommé it’s still a bit dry

Lamb is perfectly cooked not dry and perfectly juicy.

Salsa tastes like watery Harissa tbh

The only good justification with this tacos set is it’s full of meats which really put the price tag considering the amount of effort to put this thing on the table. Even with this two taco, you would be full.

Come on man , the chicken parm is a bit depressing tbh , why is the sugo looks pale and lack of taste, like i said , it’s just the amount of food that can justify the price at this place.

Carbonara is a bit jelak after eating it a moment.

Lastly the cashier / server is a bit unfriendly, learn some PR skills with customer, smile-greet-ask-smile, not so hard right?

This food and the venue really tak masuk vibes, it doesn’t carry the mexicana/tex-mex image you potray when starting up, memang tak masuk cafe punya vibes.

Im sorry if this trip a triggers in any ways but i really see potential on this untapped market from...

Good: Beef birria is lembut almost melt in your mouth soft and the portions are generous, padan dengan harganya*. Best eaten hot for the tacos are crispy. You get beef consomme and salsa when you order birria/quesabirria tacos. No need to add on unless you want more of the sides

Bad: Beef consomme and beef are underseasoned, perlu rasa lagi gempak. They need more spices, more heat, more salt, more acid (though they give you limes to control that part 🤔).

Best: Servers are so friendly and helpful. They provide the service of sending your orders to your cars if you don't want to wait under the sun. There are many payment options from cash to card. Ada taman/park near the gerai so if you want, you can sit at the many benches and feel the wind/angin while enjoying your tacos.

Happy to know you can now buy filling tacos even at tepi jalan. Hope the store much success and continue to improve wherever lacking. Beef birria tacos taco bell's sad minced beef tacos
