Very disappointed with the service today (27 May 2025).
I picked up my order around 5:40 PM but was handed the wrong bag apparently meant for a Grab delivery. I only noticed it after reaching home, but still made the effort to return it around 6:25 PM.
When I asked for a fresh replacement for my actual order (since bubble tea loses its quality after sitting too long), the staff rudely refused. He claimed he thought I was a Grab rider and had already remade the order for the other customer but refused to do the same for me, even after I offered to pay again just to avoid issues.
Absolutely unfair and unprofessional. I hope Tealive management takes this seriously. CCTV can easily confirm...
Read more“Opens at 10” but when im there at 10:30am they still couldn’t open for another 15-30 mins just because theyre “not prepared yet”. People are rushing in the morning so please improve your punctuality so it wont be a hassle to you or your morning customers . I used to work fnb too and if business hours starts at 10am then I’ll start taking orders at 10am. Preparation is key during opening so don’t waste time and customers.
