Hello Texas Chicken Malaysia! I’ve Never had a bad experience at any fast food restaurants until I went to TEXAS CHICKEN SUNGAI BULOH. It took me close to 20 minutes to queue and place my order. The woman who took our order is the most lost cashier I have ever met. Not too sure how your ordering system works but from my understanding if u received order from your customer and if it will take time to prepare the order, you SHOULD INFORM THE CUSTOMER! This lady took my order then after 15 minutes when I went to check on my order, the manager, told me that I have to wait for another 30 minutes to get my porridge!! I was pissed off as I ordered the porridge for my mum who is not well.. The manager didn’t bother to fix the problem! He kept saying “wait for 30 minutes”! The manager was very very rude! PLEASE TEACH YOUR WORKERS AND MANAGER TO TALK APPROPRIATELY! KFC AND PIZZA HAS MORE CLASS THAN YOUR STAFFS AND MANAGER AT THE SUNGAI BULOH OUTLET! Read moreA Disappointing Experience My recent visit to Texas Chicken Sungai Buloh on July 18th was unfortunately marred by an extremely unprofessional incident. While I was looking forward to a pleasant meal, my day was completely spoiled by the behavior of an Indian lady staff member in a grey uniform. This particular staff member was observed fighting and yelling at her colleagues, completely disregarding the presence of customers. To make matters worse, she was slamming doors and shouting loudly, creating a highly unpleasant and disruptive atmosphere in the restaurant. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in a customer-facing environment and reflects poorly on the overall service quality of the outlet. Read moreI want to complain about your staff who were supposed to be serving customers at the counter on Saturday, 27 July 2024 at around 7.30 pm. My first time to the restaurant to buy back food. My husband and I went to the counter and there were no customers waiting to order food. Restaurant was practically empty. Your staff were there behind the counter pretending not to see us and no one attended to us until I called out to ask why no one was attending to us. Then one of your staff responds and comes to the counter. I wanted to give them a piece of my mind and walk out but pitied my husband who is a stroke patient and wanted to have a Texas burger. My husband and I waited at the counter to pick up our food and the male employee who handed us our food did not even bother to be pleasant and thank us.
