bad service from the cashier. i have to ask for my drinks and tissue. big portion for the rice.(updated after getting reply from owner : is this how you treat your customers? first of all your cashier didn't issue me any receipt and you asked me to check my receipt? 🤔don't bring your 'stubborn' arab culture here. i don't mind picking up my drinks and tissue but ask yourself back where you put that tissue box? your staff grab the tissue rudely under the cashier table and put up with a very rude gesture.please show me where is the signage stating that all customers have to take their drinks by themselves? i waited long at my table and i saw your staff sent a few drinks to customers that come after me and that's the only time i asked for my drinks.am i wrong doing that? im totally upset with your reply. i expect you would apologise but turn up you 'try to be smart' thanks a lot brother. definitely will not come again to your 'no service charge' restaurant...

At last, we finally decided to revisit a Middle Eastern eatery we tried before. It's one of Dad's favorites, so the potential family argument ceased. Crisis averted, for now. . I had the pleasure of trying Arabic food for the first time, and it was an incredible experience! My brother strongly recommended this restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. . The food was delicious, and I was amazed by the variety of flavors and dishes: It was my first time trying hummus. I've never seen fries served in wraps before. The Arabic salad was a refreshing surprise. Turkish coffee was a new experience for me. And the tomato red onion sauce added a unique twist to the meal. . However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would be fantastic if the food could be served steaming hot, similar to Chinese dim sum. Especially the lamb—it would be even more enjoyable if it were piping hot. . Additionally, I noticed that the fruit juice was extremely sweet due to added sugar or syrup. Honeslty the best Falafel hands down in KL. The Falafel sandwich that I tried at Alhamra is the best I ever had during my time in Kuala Lumpur. It's warm, zesty, with creamy hummus and delicious Falafel. I asked them to keep the mayonnaise light and they made sure to kindly do exactly that. The ingredients they use are really good, the pickle tasted fresh, the falafel we cooked to perfection and the wrap was warm and filling and delicious. They were even kind enough to serve us in the rain. Service was quick and speedy as well. I also really appreciated that they were generous with their spicy hummus filling as well. The only thing maybe I could say is they make the wraps a little fatter but overall the size was still decent and satisfied my hunger...
