Was at Seong Kee Roast Pork stall at Restoran Ming Chu. This husband and wife team own two stalls here. The wife manages the Wan Ton Mee while the husband runs the Roast Chicken Rice next to each other. The food quality has improved since. Try the Char Siew, it is quite good with balance of taste. It goes well with either the soup noodle or the chicken rice. The Steamed Kampung Chicken is smooth and the sauce is good. Here you can get a variety of roast meat like Char Siew, Roast Duck and their Siew Yuk. The wanton mee stall do offer the Chicken Feet Mushroom too which was sold out when we arrived. Read moreThis is a corner lot Chinese food shop with a few stalls. In the afternoon there are more stalls open. Including a Chinese mixed rice shop. In the evening when I came, only 2 or 3 noodles shops were opened. I ordered the dry Pan Mee. It was average at best. The dish was just mainly noodles with black soy sauce. Tasted average. The sauce was little watery and doesn't really coat the noodles. Shop is averagely clean. A better time is to come in the afternoon where more options are available.
