First time entering, greated by quite rude waiter. Then we were given the menu, waiter were not attentive enough to come take our order. We had to get up and call them. The waiter then come with a small ipad taking orders. Not looking us in the eyes, plain face (the eyes as he was wearing face mask. With his voice tone and eyes look, he did not fit be working as waiter). The ambience were cozy at first then the waiters starts yelling mocking stray dogs woof woof and laugh rude while customers eating! And...their supervisor decided to yell from the counter. Speachless.....

The supervisor (we guess) also working like he doesnt want to be working. No thank u even when we pay our bill. Cashier counter was quite high (for 160cm height) hence we really need to reach out for receipts.

Food taste. Nachos were squishy as they decide to splash hot cheese sauce on top of crisp nachos. Salsa sauce icy cold plated straight from freezer. Ice melted, salsa sauce became salsa gravy. Lamb stew were too sweet. Lamb grill were too dry. Wedges was nice. Drinks were all tasty (longan lime and caramel latte)

Major improvement needed in terms of waiter especially. Looking at the reviews also mentioned same. Food wise, need a bit of improvement and consistancy. Location is cornered lot but nearby is workshop and hidden from main road.

Had dinner few days before. Me and my wife looked at the menu and say the price it's a bit high so we assume it's gonna be good. We don't mind the price if the food is good. I ordered beef steak and my wife ordered the Mix set (Chicken Chop + Lamb) and garlic bread with mushroom soup. When the Mix Set arrived, we noticed the the chicken tasted a bit different. Took a bit and feels the oil the cooks the chicken is an old one. Then my order arrived and I was really disappointed as the beef was dry, stale, thin cut and need to really chew hard on the meat. That meat was tough as rubber. the beans is cold, doesn't even feel like its been cooked. The vegetable are also cold. Really really disappointed. The mushroom soup was not hot, not even warm, the bread is stale. The only good was the mash potatoes. So that's the first...

First time visiting. Hubby chose this restaurant. He did not read the review here 😅 To avoid crowded, we purposely went for lunch. Reached there, no guest only staffs. About 10 staffs in such small restaurant. Whole restaurant only two of us. We sat and nobody served us. Took few minutes only a staff brought us the menu. Although 6 staffs were at the same hall with us. When wanted to order also nobody attend us. Food and drinks are ready also need to wait for few minutes only served to us. Food wise, taste good. Price reasonable. Just that service must improve. No more 2nd time. 1 staff never wear mask. 2 staffs vaped...
