Lets begin with the good stuff. To be honest the staff that were on duty were courteous and sort of helpful. Food was great too (at least on my 1st visit).
This restaurant has a WhatsApp number where you can message them information and make reservations. I made reservations on two occasions and both times my reservations didn't turn up on their records. It's WhatsApp so I showed them the messages and on the 1st occasion, the staff apologised and since there was still table lefts to serve me, I let it slide. The food was good too, rest of the service was commendable as well.
On the second occasion, reservation was missing, and the promotion that I intend to entertain my guests with were discontinued. I asked about the promotion and they confirmed that it will still be available on the day I intend to go, and then I made the reservations to which the WhatsApp number responded "Alright". When I arrived, not only was my reservations missing, the promotion ended. I understand that the restaurant reserves the rights to amend their promotion, but can you at least inform the customer who made reservations in advance so that the customer didn't have to purposely drive there?
And then when I left a comment about this incident on Geno Hotel Facebook Page, the comment was immediately removed and I was unable to post anymore comments. So I made another comment on the Copper Mansion Geno Hotel Facebook Page and the comment was removed and I was barred from commenting again. So instead of owning up to their own mistake, they choose to silent the customer. So mafia...
This is how business is managed in this restaurant/hotel, please consider properly if you want to spend your money here. Although the food is good and some of their staff are still trying their best, it appears that the management is really bad, and if you were ever shortchanged here, the management will choose to silent you and not own up to...

I wasn't aware at first but unlike other Copper Mansion branches, this one's pork-free & I only found out when we got there. 😂
But anyway, we thought the dimsums were pretty decent. With the 4 of us, we were able to cover 70% of the menu & I'd say a majority hits the mark.
Our favourites: 1⃣ Salted Egg & Century Egg porridge 2️⃣ Loh Mai Gai 3️⃣ Pan Fried Carrot Cake 4️⃣ Salted Egg Custard Bun (for some reason I forgot to take a pic of this! 😢)
What really missed the mark: 1⃣ Steamed BBQ Chicken Bun - too much bun & so little bbq chicken 2️⃣ Egg Tarts - custard was a big miss & the tart shell not well baked (didn't post this, can't be bothered) 3️⃣ Chee cheong fun - skin was too thick
Overall - decent meal. Most dishes come as 3 pieces, so I'd say a minimum of 3 is just nice to maximize capacity to try all the items in the menu. 😁 Secondly, the restaurant isn't that big, so always better to make a reservation. Also, senior citizens...
