J.S Tasty Restaurant 回味生肉面 @Equine — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

I visited the Equine Park branch for dinner around 8:30pm, fully aware that the operation hours end at 9pm. However, as a restaurant in the F&B industry, basic professionalism, hygiene standards, and customer experience should remain a top priority, especially when there are still diners in the restaurant.

While waiting for my meal, I witnessed an extremely unhygienic and unprofessional act: a male staff member placed his shoebox and a recycle bag on an empty table meant for customers. He proceeded to remove his working shoes and change into his sandals right there in the dining area. He then packed his dirty shoes into the box which on a table where customers are supposed to enjoy their meals. Frankly, this is beyond unacceptable and absolutely disgusting for any F&B establishment. (To the owner: feel free to check your CCTV footage if you doubt this incident.)

To make matters worse, the whole dining experience felt rushed. Staff began mopping the floor and lifting chairs while we were still eating. One staff member even placed the bill and QR code on the table without bothering to ask if I had a membership—just rudely asked for payment and walked away.

This isn’t my first visit, but it’s certainly my last. I’ve never had such an unpleasant and disappointing dining experience here until now. I tried to reach out via your Facebook page to share my feedback and find the person in charge—but no one bothered to respond. Hence, I am leaving my feedback here for public awareness.

To anyone considering dining here, I strongly urge you to think twice—especially if hygiene and basic customer service matter to you.

I consider myself a regular customer at this shop. The food is generally fine, and we especially like the dry noodles. However, I’m extremely frustrated with the service provided by the restaurant.

My mom’s order often gets mixed up — they always confuse the type of noodles. I used to convince myself that maybe it was just a misunderstanding or that my mom ordered wrongly. But today was absolutely awful!

I specifically ordered soup noodles, but they brought me the wrong type. They did agree to change it, but I had to wait quite a long time. And the most unacceptable part? They still served me the wrong dish again!

What kind of service is this? Absolutely poor! Please take this seriously and improve...

A Delightful Dining Experience! I recently visited here and I was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed meal.

The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The food was equally impressive. The pork dry noodles were a standout, perfectly cooked with a flavorful seasoning that left me wanting more. The peanut kaya toast so crispy and coffee was another highlight, rich and aromatic, rounding off the meal perfectly.
