1st of all, this 1 star rating is about the extremely slow service & especially the rude arrogant malay lady staff with a mole (as shown in pic). she rly tot i dun even understand malay & keep shit talking about me Right in front of me, as if i rly dun even understand malay. heres the incident. i hv a rm5 voucher in my app. & the t&c never even mentioned anything about the min spending. PLUS, even b4 ordering, i asked & confirmed if i can use the voucher , theres a guy staff said the voucher is usable for only dine in. so i dined in. then this is what happened next:
when i paying my bill. i showed my rm5 voucher. the guy staff said cant redeem due to connection error. then he asked me to wait. so i waited. then the rude staff came & keep telling i gotta spend rm30 to use the voucher. so i keep saying theres no such tnc on the voucher then she started showing attitude. there r more staffs coming to assist, a malay lady staff with glasses came, the rude staff told the glasses malay lady staff: 'cakap dgn dia(me), dia tak faham' (jokes on u thinking i rly dun understand malay, u r the 1 even tak faham u punya shop voucher tnc still got the audacity to say that)
then the glasses malay lady staff said the system couldnt detect my voucher as the min spending for the voucher was actually rm30. anyhow, shes way more polite than the rude arrogant malay staff. again same i said the same thing which the voucher never showing the min spending then she said its the system now that needs the min spending in order to use the voucher.
then i asked them pls call the manager. during this time i waited for so long for the manager to come. then the manager (im not sure is it or not, guy, wearing grey, quite tall, with glasses) he came, the rude staff told him like 'dia mau guna voucher tak nak bayar' with a stupid ignorant tone & face. anyhow the manager still politely asked me to show the voucher & again i mentioned theres not showing min spending requirement. then he scanned my voucher code. guess what? voila BAM the voucher redeemed succesfully Just happened so Smoothly. then the rude staff keep being like ' i swear it keeps on not working when we tried to keep scanning the voucher just now bla bla bla' o welp SHUT IT u could've been even kinder thru out the whole process & i could spare u by not exposing u ps:all this while i never even raised my voice & being neutral & calm & Super patient all the time & this rude staff still has the audacity showing me attitude when its not even my fault at all.
this time u deal with a customer whos calm, see next time if u deal with a fiercer customer see how u would handle it. this is a reminder for u.
anw still kudos to the manager being the most reasonable person who served me today. although the experience was extremely awful & its still the manager's job. but still appreciate u being humble & reasonable compared to the rest of the staffs especially that rude 1.

When we arrived, nobody attended us to the table. Then I asked the sushi maker, he said to go to table at the back. We went there but the table was not ready. Still full with dirty plates. I’m still ok.
There was one female staff, she didn’t do anything although she saw the table was in a mess. I asked her to clear the table and it took her some times and when she started cleaning, she looked like she was mad. But who cares though? You choose to work in service industry. What do you expect? No matter how tired or bad your day is, you have to attend customer politely. Whats the point of customer service training???? She cleaned the table but not so cleaned.
Next, the food was so late that at 4.40pm we cannot contain anymore and decided to leave the outlet. NO SORRY EVEN GIVEN??? EVEN BY THE MANAGER???? The short and colored hair guy. Very bad service.
Lousy staff and manager. Food turned up so late. If any apologies given, I would be okay and can forget all those actions by the female staff and the lousy manager. But apologies also were not given? My husband didn’t even take the receipt because he was annoyed with the staff. Please review cctv. I’m not exaggerating.

Read moreI saw a year ago someone reviewed on the bad service and there is no action being taken ever since up til now. The workers are so lazy and inefficient. They have no knowledge of the product. Cant even answer what is in the menu or not. I ordered my food and waited for 30 minutes for them to come and tell another 15mins to wait which i had to cancel eventually. I will never ever ever ever go to any sushi king in malaysia anymore. I haven't been to sushi king for quite sometime because of the service. Seems like every branch almost the same.
