The grilled sting ray was the best I had a while. It was perfectly fried, juicy, succulent and not greasy. The chilli sauce was perfect with it.
The salted egg tofu was another must order. It was light and fluffy and full of the salted egg taste without being salty or oily.
I reached about 6 plus and the crowd grew as it got later. The limited tables plus the number of orders for takeaway meant those came later had to wait quite a while.
There were some other notable dishes that I hadn't tried, e.g. Claypot Rice Wine Talapia, Claypot Herbal Talapia, Kung Pow Mantis Prawn and other types of grilled fish.

Me, my wife and our son walked into the shop and was friendly greeted by the boss. So we went on ordering our dinner and we asked for the recommendations.
