我們點了店裡幾道著名的菜品（例如燒鴨、白斬雞等）。燒鴨是先付款的，後來老闆來算總價時，給出了一個讓我意外的高價。因為按理說，雞的價格不應該比鴨高。我們問了幾次，他重新算了一遍，說之前算錯了，又調低了一些價格。這讓我覺得困惑——難道價格不是固定的嗎？最後的感覺是，似乎價格是“靈活”的，具體由老闆決定，有點讓人難以接受。

關於味道，燒鴨的肉質雖然多汁，但個人覺得有些鹹，肉的口感偏硬，可能和天氣有關，或者這就是他們的特色口感。白斬雞整體還不錯，皮是滑的，但味道偏重，適合喜歡重口味的人。綜合來看，我個人會給它打7分（滿分10分）。

飲料算是比較滿意的，表現中規中矩，沒有特別出彩，但也不至於失望。

總體來說，這次體驗有些不盡人意。可能是因為期望值較高，結果不太符合預期。希望店家可以在價格透明和口味上再多下點功夫。

If you're planning to visit based on its reputation, you might want to reconsider! Here’s my experience of traveling all the way to try this place, but unfortunately, it left me disappointed.

We ordered a few of their signature dishes (like roasted duck, Hainanese chicken, etc.). The roasted duck was paid for upfront, but when the owner calculated the total bill later, they quoted an unexpectedly high price. It seemed odd since chicken is usually cheaper than duck. After asking a few times, they recalculated and admitted they made a mistake, lowering the price slightly. This left me puzzled—aren’t prices supposed to be fixed? In the end, it felt like the final price was at the owner’s discretion, which was a bit frustrating.

As for the taste, the roasted duck was juicy but overly salty for my liking. The meat also felt slightly tough, possibly due to the weather or maybe that’s just their style. The Hainanese chicken was decent overall—the skin was smooth, but the flavor was quite strong. If you prefer bold flavors, you might enjoy it more. Personally, I’d rate it 7 out of 10.

The drinks were satisfactory—nothing extraordinary, but at least they met basic expectations.

Overall, this experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. Perhaps my hopes were too high, but I feel there’s room for improvement, especially in terms of price transparency and taste.
