McDonald's Litrak DT — Restaurant in Subang Jaya

Since I live nearby, when I order delivery, it will always come from this branch. If you order chicken via their own app or 3rd party delivery, you will certainly never get what you request. If you request keel and wings with claim that you don't like other parts, they will give you breast and drumstick. Not once, not twice but almost all the time we order with specific instruction, they won't be bothered to follow it. I placed an order on 25/11/2024 at 10:22 PM and waited until 11:30 PM, but the food didn’t arrive. I called the Litrak branch, as they had previously informed me that my order was on the way. However, I was told that the rider had cancelled the pickup. The Litrak team remade my order, but they were unable to assign a new rider.
