I ordered a Hawaiian chicken burger earlier today at 10 50pm. As i received my order i took a bite and as i chewed it tasted as if something Iāve never had before. I had a good visual of my burger to only find out it looked like a beef patty. I was calm, i brought my receipt and the burger to the counter, initially they tried to convince me it was a chicken burger. Upon close inspection, the staffs realised they have served me beef. Their immediate reaction was āI AM SORRYā but they need to understand that this action has crossed a sensitive line from a religious aspect (im Hindu). When the staff said āI AM SORRYā it gave me the impression that they did not understand how serious the situation was.
In conclusion, the staff must be ALERT and PAY ATTENTION to what they serve as we live in a multicultural society in Malaysia. Do know that I am grateful for your service based on my good past experiences here in this MCD branch. I usually order through the McDonaldās app for delivery, but more than once, the delivery simply never arrived. I had to go collect the food myself, only to find missing items once I got home. No one mentioned anything about the delivery fee I already paid, which felt unfair and unprofessional.
It gets worse ā on a separate occasion, I ordered fried chicken, checked in my car, and found a piece missing. Strangely, the staff seemed to know an item was missing and handed it over without me even saying anything. Why does this keep happening?
These arenāt one-off mistakes. Itās a pattern of poor service, missing food, and lack of accountability. I really hope management takes these complaints seriously and improves training and quality checks. Until then, Iāll be avoiding...

Today order delivery, and they missed out in my hashbrown as well. My beverages was Ice lemon tea & Milo Ice but I received 2 ICE LEMON TEA ???? I paid extra for the Milo Ice and you cannot even do it right?! Can you all double check before handling the items to the rider? You wasted my time and money to pay for delivery and to come back to your branch to get back my missing food item!
No compensation or any reimbursement at all! (I do get my missing food). I don't feel satisfied with your service! I need an explanation from the McD officials...
