Disappointing Dining Experience – Serious Hygiene Concerns

I visited this outlet and was left thoroughly disappointed by both the food quality and hygiene standards.

🍗 Honey Soy Garlic Cluckzilla Duo – 1/10 At RM23.90, this dish was not worth the price. The chicken was extremely dry, not juicy as expected, and overly greasy. It lacked balance in texture and flavor.

🍲 Beef Soondubu Jjigae – 6/10 The broth was decent, but the beef had a strange, unpleasant flavor that overshadowed the dish.

🥤 Mellow Melonade The drink was not enjoyable due to the overly mellow taste. Staff should ask customers whether they would prefer sugar added or not, as it affects the overall drinking experience.

🚻 Serious Hygiene Issue The toilet was in an unacceptable state, with visible uncleanliness. Most concerning was a used bandage with fresh blood left wrapped and exposed — this is a clear violation of Section 11 of the Malaysian Food Act 1983, which prohibits the preparation or serving of food under unsanitary conditions that may be hazardous to health. Cleanliness in customer areas, especially restrooms, reflects directly on overall food safety standards.

This experience left me questioning the establishment’s food handling practices and commitment to hygiene. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both quality control...

had being a loyal customers since opening. through grab or walk in. BUT, since last months, they had additional charges for asking to add on extra spiciness. also if request for extra side dish , they won’t give you. IF WALK IN, no charges for extra spicy, no charges for extra side dishes.

i love myeondong topokki so much to the extend i already went to most of their outlets in malaysia. i know which outlets tasted bad, and good. ordered through grab, or walk in. i can see the difference especially in their management. if there is certain rules of charging, is that particular outlet. not the entire myeondong topokki company. most outlet in kl allows you to give more side dishes without charging, add spiciness without charging.

but the this outlet charge everything. the food taste like normal ramen. nothing special.

I came yesterday for dinner. It my first time here. No customer dine in at 6.30pm. Just a pickup. So not a long wait. No pay-wave/ card use here. Either cash or duitnow. As non k-fans foodie. Here my rating.

Hotteok with sweet filling - 5/5. Ramyun bulgogi- 5/5. I love the marinate of bulgogi. Soy&garlic chicken wing&drumette- 3.5/5. Can be improve. Salted caramel latte 3/5. I think caramel fault. Not same like my usual latte taste.

Should have mineral water instead of drinking water.

My 2pcs chicken got blood and I actually just want to inform him, but he quickly said will replace the chicken. Another girl return me new 4pcs of hot chicken.
