I’m waiting for my 3rd visit to really validate my observation. Service is slow, the guys in charge always act nonchalant of the customers coming in. The order for the snacks will usually take time which is understandable but they do not have the courtesy to even inform the expected waiting time. Also, the branch always has something out of stock, the 1st and 2nd time was the boba, then now is some of the snacks and drinks. maybe my timing is just not right. Also i like to observe people’s work ethic, these lads seems too laid back and playing around (compared to other branches i’ve been to). Thus the service is very very slow and dissapointing. Even the drinks doesnt taste as good. I wonder why. Management should provide good training for them. Very bad experience with this outlet The staffs do not know how to handle voucher redemption. I was asked to slide and confirm redemption after showing them the voucher on the phone. However, the staff updated me thereafter that they did not receive any records hence not able to proceed with my redemption. So I wasted my voucher with no drinks received. Other outlets will just key in the code manually, why can't they do the same?...

I wish to share my experience at this outlet on Saturday night, 25 February 2023. Story in brief was after I had taken my drink, I accidentally left my purse at the cashier counter. I only realised while driving home. I immediately gave them a call and "U" turned back.
