I hope the owner can find a more professional employee, instead of a "gangster". You can say to the customer, "people who pay in cash don't have many complaints, you pay online." What's wrong with paying online??? Not a free stay near here!! I just asked why there was no wifi, the employee said there was a problem with the wire, so I asked, no wire? But he heard me asking if he didn't pay. After that he started to talk rudely!! I hope this hotel is closed!! Or if you are still interested, please change employees, especially the unprofessional front desk!! Don't insult the people who use your service!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us book the room at the last moment without any charges. Didn't take the full security deposit. Let us check in early ah agreed for a slightly delayed check out.

The rooms are sufficiently clean, although the shape is odd. The facilities are ok, but you can grant a shower there without wetting the whole bathroom as there are no shower curtains. No towels or floor mat either.

But all in all, it's OK...

Booked through agoda and able to check in as usual. The place is convenient since it is near to the Putra Heights LRT station, Giant Hypermarket, few restaurants and bank. The room is quite spacious beyond expectation with quite affordable price. However, requested for non smoking room and when entered the room, it was quite smelly with unpleasant smoke odour. In addition, the towels provided can be improvised bcs the towels looked very old and unhygienic.
