Jelly Fish Yee Sang is fresh & nice at every bite. Spanish (Iberico) Pork Ribs is magnificent, juicy with flavourful spices that's not overpowering & comes with Ice Vegetable & Lime-Spinach drink. Baby Pig is nice but they made a mistake in frying the meat when asked not to (you have to really remind them to avoid this). Thai Style Steam Tilapia is nice with soft silk meat (live fish, not overcooked) and comes with nice unique flavourful sauce (not like the common asam/chilli sauce). For Black & White Tofu (go for all Black better) & it goes well with the Fried mushroom else it'll be average. Kangkung Shrimp Paste is out (too light taste). Lap Mei Fan is nice, ingredients are not hard (soft/tender), not over fatty and the taste all blends well (would be interesting if salted fish can be added into the mix). Kong Po Eel is nice as it has been de-bone and the flavour is sufficient (would be interesting if they can use 3 cup sauce with Kong Po to take it to another level). We celebrated my mum’s 95th birthday at this restaurant recently , and overall it was a lovely experience. The food was delicious, well-presented, and reasonably priced. Our guests really enjoyed the variety and quality of the dishes. However, we were disappointed with the attitude of the staff member in charge. Waitress are helpful and good. But in charge person response was unfriendly, rigid, and lacked the warmth you’d expect during such a special occasion. It’s unfortunate, as the rest of the experience was positive. I would be genuinely impressed if the restaurant can consistently deliver food on time for an order covering 9 tables. Timely service is crucial when managing large group bookings, and it reflects well on the restaurant’s coordination and kitchen efficiency.
