Very terrible and arrogant customer service. When I was there and asked whether in the future I can order via phone and come by for pick up they said yes to it and said I can call to order.

But including today, twice it has happened when I called, someone picked up the phone and just put it aside. You can hear the background sounds clearly. I even shouted hello etc no one was listening. Whoever who did that is incredibly rude. I am a customer.

The 1st time it happened, I asked the staff when i went there to order and the staff mentioned, "Oh because we are busy".

I do not get the idea why. What is the difference of me ordering via phone and me arriving there and ordering face to face? YOU STILL HAVE TO TAKE MY ORDER, ISN'T IT? AND PREPARE THE FOOD ACCORDINGLY, ISN'T IT?

You have lost a customer whom supported you since day 1 u opened this branch.

Tip: Next time, just say you don't want to receive orders via phone. Or maybe this is a case of management said its fine but staff...

I cannot get in touch with the owners so if u are reading this, pls educate your staff to be polite as well as always be on a look out for the customers to order and etc. If the staff can turn away as they are busy talking and standing near the drink counter as well as the back counter, then there is no meaning to the term good service. I suggest for the owner to do more spot check from time to time so the staff will always be on their toes. I knew the late founder and I know for a fact how strict he was with his staff so service was always good whenever he was around in the old outlet at USJ 17. This rest serves a good and decent tasty food and so I sincerely hope that the owner will look into my feedback...

Restoran with many choices of Indian Cooking, Tandoori Chicken taste best, Lamb Rendang a bit spicy, Roti Canai very good texture and taste good with different types of curry sauce, Dhall ! Enjoy our lunch here ! We have been eating here almost once a week. We like their tasty dhal sauce very much. Capathi seems smaller now.

151023 Sunday 8am Many empty tables in the morning. But when we finished our meal, the restaurant was full house at 8.35am, food serve very fast. Roti canai & Teh Tarik were the best here.
