Possibly my favourite restaurant anywhere in the world. We would eat there every night when we visit (other than Tuesdays when it is closed).

My wife is vegetarian and lactose intolerant which can make choosing a different meal from the a la carte menu every evening for a week a challenge. However, it appears chef Kishan loves a challenge and after a quick chat he was preparing something new every evening for her and she raved about all of them.

The thali which was produced for her birthday was exceptional and the dairy free cake which was produced (unprompted) at the end was one of the best either of us have ever experienced (hats off to chef Daniel for that one).

Baraabaru is privately located near the main pool at Four Seasons resort. A grand entrance greets you and then a walk along an open breezeway to Baraabaru private point overlooking the water. The lovely tropical setting enhances the whole dining experience. Celebrate with family and friends with delicious dishes from talented chef. フォーシーズンズ クダフラにある、インド料理レストランです。 メニューの中から前菜、メイン、サイド、デザートを選んで注文するアラカルト式です。 ダインアラウンドシステムですので、フルボード、ハーフボード、AIを選んでいれば追加料金はありませんしメニューにも制限はありません。 ただしAIでない場合はドリンクは追加料金になります。 こちらではタンドリーチキンとタンドリーロブスター、チャパティー、クルフィーを注文しました。 デカイ！圧巻のロブスターです。多分ですがロブスターナイトのロブスターとは種類の違う伊勢海老系だと思いますが、こんなの日本で食べたらいったいいくらかかる事か。 普通の店で(普通の店にこのサイズがあるかわからないが)1万は下らないでしょう。それが一匹丸ごと。カレーはもはや備え付けレベルですw カレーはバターチキンとグリーンでした。またこれが美味しい。ロブスターを浸けたりして楽しみました。(尚、辛さは手加減無しですw) サイドにロティを選択しましたが、日本だとナンは比較的食べれますがロティは珍しいので、メニューにこれを見つけた時は迷わず選択しました。 モルディブであれば朝食ブッフェで出会う率が高いのですが、だいたい冷え冷えのカチカチなので焼き立てはとても美味しかったです。 グラスワインを2杯頂きましたがホワイト／レッドそれぞれ4種類から選べます。(どのレストランも共通ですが)、これが安いハウスワインでは無くちゃんとしたボトル入りでテイスティングまでさせてくれます。 値段も14〜17ドルですがグラスの半分までついでくれるので嬉しい限り。ボトルも頼めますが下は59〜8100ドルとピンキリ(1000ドルまではまんべんなく数百種類用意されていて選ぶのが難しいかと) 噂には聞いていましたがフォーシーズンズはモルディブのリゾートの中でもダントツにご飯が美味しい。これは想像を遥かに越えてました。
