Fusion by Canopus — Restaurant in Malé Atoll

Had a very disappointing experience.

We politely asked if it is possible to get some work on our MacBooks done, of course we wanted to order food and drinks. We ordered after asking precisely about portions & prices and unfortunately had to realize we got European prices for lazy & tasteless food and were lied to about the size of the protein.

We kindly complained and still stayed polite, but after some minutes suddenly, we were asked to leave or order more even though the restaurant was completely empty.

Both of us would have ordered even more and we are always very polite and respectful, unfortunately we had to leave because of the horrible service.

You should rather eat at the restaurant on the right side next to the bridge. The staff is so polite and the food is less pricey,...

The people seemed really nice but the inside smelled strongly of cats so we sat outside on the beach. There were flies everywhere, which seemed odd because there was a good breeze. Then our meal arrived and one pizza was served with a half-alive fly squirming and dying in the cheese. Also as our food was served, two cats were literally using the sand close to us as a toilet - totally disgusting to watch and smell (totally explains the flies though).
