Nestled on a serene, small island in the Maldives, Salt Habour offers a perfect slice of paradise by the sea. This charming spot has everything you’d hope for in a seaside escape: a cozy, welcoming ambiance, an unbeatable ocean view, and prices that won’t empty your wallet.
The moment you step in, the vibe is calm and inviting. The tables are just steps from the beach, giving you a front-row view of the clear, turquoise waters, gently lapping against the shore. Whether you’re enjoying a solo breakfast, a quiet coffee, or a leisurely lunch, the peaceful setting and natural beauty make every moment here feel special.
The menu has a nice variety, from fresh seafood and local Maldivian favorites to more international dishes. And if you're just looking to relax, their iced cola and coffee are the perfect pick-me-ups on the day.
Service here is friendly and attentive. The staff even offered suggestions on local things to see and do. You feel more like a guest than a customer, which adds to the cafe's charm.
Considering the setting and the quality, prices are refreshingly reasonable, especially for a destination like the Maldives. It’s a place where you can unwind, savor good food, and soak up the beauty of the island without breaking the bank. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the Maldives in a laid-back,...
Read moreLocated directly under trees on a beach, this place is surely lovable and has a nice atmosphere. Regarding meals, I recommend you to stay with local cuisine meals only. Two times I tried spaghetti and two times it was a disaster. And I'm not even Italian, I just felt like eating average European spaghetti that you can make at home and that would make any Italian to cross themselves, as they are loosing hope in the world and the humanity. So this was not even that standard. Any of those 2 different spaghetti meals were just not good here. The local food is ok, the cook at this restaurant surely knows what are they doing. Staff is nice, even though the waiting is a bit slow. For a foreigner, the prices are amazing and they are surely worth kothu or curry that you can try...

First time we asked for a Tuna Kotthu Rochi, that was really really good, and tasteful, and we finally tried a typical Maldivian dish. We asked for fish and chips, and I liked it, my husband not as much. A Coca Cola (big one) and we spent 13 dollars. Second time we asked for a beef Kotthu Rochi, but it was not as good as the tuna one. Some egg noodles, that were just normal. A coke and this was 12 dollars. They serve very fast, we waited less than 15 minutes and they give you some snacks if you want. You can’t pay with card, so make sure you bring some rufiyaa...
