came here for dinner with my friends and i must say we are ALL insanely disappointed. To start the pasta dishes were ALL over cooked. The vongole pasta had 8 vongole in total and might we add it lacked an insane amount of flavour. when we brought the issue to the manager this is where the issues started. The chef came out and instead of trying to resolve the issue and see what went wrong she came out and proceeded to argue and fight against us. This is the number 1 rule in customer service to never do. Instead of trying to apologize and see what to do she passed a racist comment against my friend. The chef proceeded to add that our complaint was pointless and we “were looking to complain” Never in my entire life have i encountered such disrespect with a dining experience. The funny part of the story is that we intially complained for a lack of vongole and both the manager and chef had been searching through the barely edible fish for 5 minuetes each and ended up finding 8 vongole in total. She threw the vongole on the side plate which was dirty meaning that even if we wanted to continue our meal would it have been possible. Instead of offering her apology she started badgering me about my work life and complaining that hearing a complaint was the last thing she needed after a long day. Sad to say that we ended the nice day aggravated at the service with empty stomachs and a bad taste in our mouth. If i could give this place 0 stars I would . In short , AWFUL SERVICE, BAD FOOD...

Let's the start with the positives. Food was good, The pork ribs my daughter ordered had way to much sauce at the bottom. All you could taste was the very strong flavour of the sauce. I had the rabbit, again it was ok but I had about 70% bone and the rest was meat. Pasta dishes my wife and our son in law had where tasty. Now the negatives and unfortunately we had alot. Service was really poor and so slow. Coke zero was flat no bubbles, our starters came out quickly and again for our mains. It took a good 5 minutes and asking 3 waiter's for a fork. Table was half cleared from our starters and again once we completed our mains. Not one member of staff asked if everything was OK during the meal. And then we waited for 40 minutes for the bill. Once we received this the lady put the bill down and walked off, another 10 minutes of waiting to be told we pay inside. We went in to pay and was told the card machine was broken and we had to pay with cash, however looking at other reviews now, this seems to be a trend. Luckily we had enough cash. We WONT...

Dinning at Pierre's Restaurant is an experience not to be missed, while in the beautiful Bay of Marsalforn in Gozo. The atmosphere at the outside sitting, right next to the bay is so magical and extremely romantic, in the evening even more so. There is also indoor sitting. The service is excellent, the staff so friendly and accommodating. The owner Michelina, such a pleasure to meet and quickly make friends with. When it comes to the food, the photos speak for themselves. Plenty of choices to choose from, big variety, large portions, everything fresh & perfectly cooked & presented. We were offered light snacks while we waited and a complimentary drink afterwards too. We were a group of 13 and everyone was very satisfied with our lunch and pleasant experience at Pierre's.
