Posh Turkish - Birzebbugia — Restaurant in Birzebbugia

You recently had the opportunity to walk into this restaurant and we were just waiting to be tabled. Unfortunately, no one came to attend us so we kind of waiting for somebody will come and speak to us and after 5 to 10 minutes then we asked them if there is any table available and the person says no, the woman at the cashpoint or a cash counter were extremely utterly rude. Nobody was talking to us and I find this is not the way that should treat the tourist customers. I understand but they would know that but I think that rude behaviour was extremely unacceptable so we walked away and the reason of writing, this review is that this is not the way one should treat customers if you come to spend money you don’t want to be mistreated, they really need to improve their services so I would not recommend anyone to walk in because the staff particularly that one girl at the cashpoint is extremely rude and had no manners how to speak to the customers horrible place would never walk it ever in my...

The guy that tried to serve me sis not know English. Neither did he know Maltese. He know a little bit of English but certainly not sufficient to communicate without misunderstanding. I tell him one thing, he understands another. I show him a screenshot of what I want from Wolt app, and he still does not understand properly. I ended up placing the order on Wolt and jolted out of the shop!

Moreover, when you order a mixed kofta, you get 4 patties but when you order a lamb kofta, you get 6 patties. It makes no sense that in the mixed kofta you do not get 3 and 3.

Also, the delivery bag was overfilled and weak. By the time the Wolt delivery person arrived, the bag was thorn top to bottom and I had to take out a bag from home to get it into my apartment in one piece. The delivery boxes with the salad leaked liquid and weakened the bag.

Love this new chain of Turkish restaurants in Malta.

The concept is great, plenty of choice of food to eat in or take away and there will always be leftover, so no chance you go home hungry.

The food is excellent , loved the Pide, one of my favourite fast food to eat, better than pizza in my honest opinion!

I love how they give you the chance to choose your salads to add to your grill platters and they do give you ALOT of salad and the choice is enormous.

All meat and salads nicely displayed so you can see it is all fresh!

Next time I am in Malta, definitely eating at Posh...
