4-5 people lining up to get their order taken. There was only one young staff taking order while the manager was busy chatting with her friends at the side. It took me 20 minutes to get a medium size burger meal!
The young female staff who made burgers inside did not wash her hands regularly or wear gloves, despite having long nails. She was touching chips fryers, benches and other equipments and straight away made burgers, touching lettuce, buns, tomatoes, etc. with her BARE DIRTY HANDS.
The manager saw and did not say anything. Instead, she did the exact same thing.
I don't think this store adheres to the food safety policy. Dirt from under nails and touching equipments leads to food contamination!

Read moreToday on Halloween we visited Burger King at MIA. Their ordering screens did not accept card payment so we had to queue to pay at the cashier. Then the ticketing system went bonkers and they were serving people huddled around the counter instead of by number. I waited 45 minutes for nothing as then I had to wait for others who ordered after me but stood waiting near the counter. I do not blame the staff I blame the staff management for them being severely understaffed on Halloween. Staff were in fact trying their best to cope with people complaining and I felt bad for them. But I could hear them saying that their manager did not account for it...

The location is shared with other establishments, so it is a food court. It does have airport prices so found it to be pricier; but is the norm for airport dining.
They have touchscreen kiosks to order from or have a limited staff to take personal orders. Nothing to sing praise about, the area was kept tidy. It was busy but they were quick to serve food and staff were available if you have any issues.
