Vecchia Napoli | Skyparks, Luqa — Restaurant in Luqa

I've known Vecchia Napoli to be an enjoyable place where one can relax with good food and great service. It sure wasn't the case this afternoon when we stopped for something to eat at the Luqa outlet. Walked over to the presence of a waitress on the outside area and asked if we could take any table we liked to which she affirmed. After we sat and waited for what seemed like ages, I stood and walked inside to ask one of the staff on the floor if someone could wait on us. When a waiter appeared, he laid two paper menus on a dust ridden table and asked us if we wanted anything to drink. We then waited much longer for the food to be served than we ever did at the Qawra outlet. Boiled it down to a bustling lunch since the inside was much busier than the three or four occupied tables outside. Fair enough we thought but when we'd finished eating, we were given the cold shoulder again with no presence of any waiter walking the outside area. I got up and walked inside again, showing I was clearly annoyed, to ask where we should settle the bill to which this staff member coldly retorted with a 'Wherever you want' reply. Our family of six (four adults and two children) recently dined at Vecchia Napoli, and it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding – everything we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and served at the right temperature. The variety on the menu meant there was something for everyone, including the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their meals too.

What really stood out, apart from the delicious food, was the service. Our waiter, Isaac, deserves a special mention. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive throughout the evening. He made sure we always had what we needed, checked in without being intrusive, and created a welcoming atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s not often you find staff who make such a positive impression, but Isaac certainly did.

Overall, Vecchia Napoli offers a wonderful combination of authentic, high-quality food and excellent service. We left with full stomachs and big smiles, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for both families and groups who want to enjoy a relaxed yet memorable...

I would like to complain about the manager the one with light blue shirt, we had a booking and we went there to watch the game, i understand that they had a lot of bookings and they are overwhelmed, we went there to eat and have a good time with family but certainly we didn’t go there to be yelled at, it is such a pity as such a nice restaurant with nice food they manage to turn away customers by hiring such rude person as a manager. When we arrived we got given a table far from the screen after she explained to us that how bookings worked we understood. However, the problem came after the table next to us moved and we asked if we could move there.
