Bad Experience yesterday. We ordered sushi rolls for delivery and they sent us one roll by mistake instead of the actual one we ordered. The one which was punched in our order was €10 (Aji Roll) and the one which we actually ordered was €5.50(Yasai Roll). When the delivery man came, we paid and as soon as we opened the bag and looked at the receipt we realised they made a mistake. So I called the restaurant to tell them. The lady on the phone apologised and told me that the only thing they can do is send what I actually ordered in the first place and it would take around two hours because they were busy. I asked if they could at least send two portions of the one I had ordered to compensate for the €10 I paid for something I didn't want. (I am a vegetarian so I couldn't even eat the one which was sent since it had prawn in it). I told her I would pay the extra amount because two portions of the sushi roll I wanted would total to €11 instead of the one which was sent by mistake, but she told me that the order was already paid so she cannot do anything about it. Later, the delivery man came back with one portion of the sushi I originally ordered. Read moreLunched at the place while waiting to catch a delayed flight. They ran out of tuna but didn't bother letting us know beforehand. We only found out that when the waitress showed up to receive the order, she and the chef were extremely non-flexible in replacing the run-out tuna in a platter with an alternative dish of our choice. The waitress had to call the manager for a "permission" to deviate. The manager was misguided from the waitress (I overheard the conversation) as to the reasons why we were asking for an alternative, and of course, our request was turned down. Food was prepared relatively quickly. However, the solo waitress was occupied with executing the online Bolt orders instead. Only when prompted, she bothered serving. Starters and drinks reached the table after the main dish, the latter served with tomato and raddish and guess what...we ordered it without!...
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing and dangerous experience at this restaurant. After dining here, I suffered severe food poisoning that required hospital treatment and observation. I contacted the restaurant immediately and followed up several times, including by phone, but they have failed to take responsibility or provide any meaningful response.
This is not just about poor customer service , it is a serious health and safety issue. A restaurant should act immediately when a customer becomes ill from their food, cover medical expenses, and cooperate responsibly. Instead, I was left with no reply and keep promising that someone will contact me , its been already 3 days. Unfortunately i will be proceeding with law.
