NOVI Burger — Restaurant in Marsascala

I was very surprised to be honest. In a good way. Went there with thoughts that it would be "your average buy, eat and go" style small venue. However, i have to admit that for money you pay you will get really good fries, crisp and pretty interesting texture. "Legit" burger has decent balance with ingredients, really thick meat loaf and has good looks. Only thing that lacks in my opinion, it could be more juicy.

Have to also point out burger foil wrapping. It is not your average thin cheap foil. Its a thick, high quality Real foil.

I had the most incredible experience at Novi! The burger I took was the Crispy Chicken BLT burger and it was very crispy and filled with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The bun was fresh, soft, and held everything together perfectly, while the toppings were generous and well-balanced. I also took the pulled pork tacos, that were very good on their own as-well. I also loved the variety of options.

We ordered a crispy chicken burger, legit burger and a double smash burger with fries on the side. The fries were super crispy and delicious. Buns of the burgers were fluffy and did not soak too much of the sauce. The chicken and bacon was very crispy and the beef was in really good quality. We definitely recommend it.
