Vivia’s Friends in Mosta is truly a hidden gem — recommended to me by a friend, and now I find myself doing the same - definitely worth a try.

From start to finish, the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered — starters, mains, and desserts — was well-executed and full of flavour. I genuinely have no complaints when it comes to the kitchen.

The interior is small and quiet, which adds a nice sense of intimacy to the experience. Just one note for future diners: when booking, it’s worth mentioning if you prefer a table with chairs instead of high stools — they can be a bit uncomfortable for some.

Service was also great. The staff were friendly, attentive, and added to the relaxed, welcoming vibe of the place. All in all, Vivia’s Friends is a spot I’ll definitely be returning to, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place with great...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment on 28.12.25. I ordered the schnitzel, which turned out to be of extremely poor quality. Unfortunately, it caused me severe food poisoning, leading to a night of vomiting and shortness of breath.

This experience was not only unpleasant but also raised concerns about the hygiene and safety standards of your restaurant. I kindly urge you to review your food preparation practices to ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers.

I request an explanation regarding this matter and hope that corrective actions will be taken promptly.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Malte et nous avons mangé chaque jour dans un restaurant différent. Vivia's friends est de loin le meilleur que nous ayons fait. D'abord, l'accueil y est simple et chaleureux. L'ambiance un vendredi soir est assez animée sans être trop bruyante. Mais c'est la cuisine qui est extraordinaire ! Chaque plat est inventif, original, raffiné, esthétique et surtout délicieux. C'est une cheffe en cuisine et elle n'a pas hésité à quitter ses fourneaux quelques minutes quand nous avons souhaité la féliciter en personne. Nous étions trois; nous avons partagé 2 entrées, 2 plats et 2 desserts + 1 verre de vin et 2 portions de frites (truffe et parmesan... par pure gourmandise). Nous en avons eu pour 86€ et nous sommes ressortis le ventre bien rempli ! Les spaghetti maison (pesto, stracciatella et pistaches) nous ont régalés. La tempura oyster mushrooms est à tomber par terre ! Le sorbet vegan maison qui accompagne la tarte Tatin est tout bonnement incroyable. Les plats pour viandards font envie aussi mais nous sommes végétariens... Si vous séjournez à Malte, ne ratez pas cette expérience gastronomique à un prix abordable.
