Crudo — Restaurant in Saint Julian's

First time I went to crudo was a few minutes before 4pm and Ive got told they are closing now and according to the site it should be open till 7pm… It took me quite a while to get there so it was annoying. I ended up having breakfast in crudo three times. Eating breakfast out is my favourite part of the day. Unfortunately Malta doesn’t have any good places or I just haven’t found them. Every time I ordered scrambled eggs but with different sides. The portions are huge, nice bread, eggs are scrambled very soft and that’s a huge plus but they are totally bland. Salt and pepper isn’t it. It’s not asparagus season, I ordered it and it had its best days time ago. I think you should just take it out of the menu. Was one of our favourites bar in the island, but since few months something changes, the owner is different, she don't know how to work at all and play with colleagues instead that serve the ready things, also rude without any reason... We ordered 3 coffees and some fresh juice, coffee take by myself at counter, to don't let them be cold, same with juice because was melting....when we notice it she said if you dont dont take it.... So, we miss the last Sicilian kind owner, and we'll never come back to this new unprofessional and rude "owner". And congratulations I never saw so empty this bar before, think more about service then eat...

Really nice place with very (actually)healthy options for vegetarians in a lovely location. I loved my Buddha bowl and everything was tasty. Staff was very warm and smiling. Salad maybe was a bit dry but otherwise satisfied with value for money. Some remarks: I wish the kitchen stuff all wore a hair net or their hair back as I found a black hair in my food. As a person that cooks very often, I find this normal but shouldn't be happening at a restaurant. There were also quite a few flies inside the restaurant which was a bit off-putting, maybe they can try some natural repellent. Despite these, would definitely...
