If there's one food truck experience you absolutely cannot miss, it's this little gem perched against the backdrop of rugged cliffs and the endless blue sea. From the moment we walked up, we were greeted with genuine warmth and service that made us feel like cherished guests rather than just passing customers.

The star of the show? The calamari. Light, crisp, and impossibly fresh-clearly caught that morning-it was cooked to perfection. Each bite was tender, never rubbery, with just the right balance of seasoning to let the natural flavors shine. You can tell there's real pride and care in how the food is prepared.

To top it all off, they offered us icy lemoncello spritzers made with lemons grown by local farmers. Refreshing, zesty, and bursting with sunshine-it was the perfect pairing with the seafood and the sea breeze rolling in.

But what really elevates this place is the setting. Sitting there with a plate of calamari in one hand, spritzer in the other, gazing out at the dramatic cliffs plunging into the turquoise waters-it's the kind of memory that stays with you long after the meal is done.

This isn't just food; it's an experience. Honest, simple, and absolutely...

Marefritto in Victoria, Gozo, is a seafood lover’s dream! Specializing in perfectly fried seafood, this cozy spot serves crispy, fresh, and flavorful dishes that showcase Gozo’s coastal treasures. The fried seafood platter, brimming with prawns, calamari, and fish, was light, golden, and bursting with flavor—straight from the sea! The charming terrace offers stunning sunset views, making every meal a visual delight. The warm, attentive staff added local charm and made us feel like family. Affordable prices and generous portions make Marefritto a must-visit. I can’t wait to return for more fried seafood magic and those enchanting Gozo...

A wonderful place with breathtaking views, where the highlight of the menu is the perfectly prepared fried squid. Golden, crisp, and tender inside, the squid captures the authentic taste of the sea and pairs beautifully with the relaxed coastal atmosphere. Alongside this culinary gem, the service is warm, attentive, and welcoming, making every visit a memorable experience. A true spot to enjoy not only the scenery but also the finest flavors...

An absolute must-try if you're in the area! The quality of the seafood is better than many restaurants. The calamari is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The shrimp are equally delicious, served with lemon and fantastic sauces, made by the super-friendly and chatty owners. Everything is packaged in practical boxes that you can eat on the spot (awesome view!) or take down to the beach.

Stumbled across this gem when on a quad bike tour of Gozo and it’s one of a kind. Really lovely friendly people and the best calamari we’ve ever had. The view of the sea coupled with the music makes a special atmosphere. If you are in Gozo make a visit here.
