I had the pleasure of being served by a waiter named Josh and a bartender named Hermella during my recent visit, and they truly made the experience unforgettable. Both of them were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuine in their interactions. Josh's attentive service and warm demeanor added a personal touch to our dining experience, while Hermella's infectious smile and expertise in mixing drinks made the evening even more enjoyable. Their hospitality made me feel like a valued guest, and I cannot wait to return to the restaurant to be greeted by such wonderful staff again. Disappointing Experience at a Family-Friendly Restaurant

I recently visited Zeffie’s with visitors from abroad and a 7-year-old child. Being a family-friendly restaurant, I expected better, but the experience left us deeply disappointed.

The restaurant was understandably busy, as it was a Saturday night during the Halloween Lantern Festival. We were greeted and willing to wait for a table, given the crowd. However, when approached, we were offered a table on the terrace.

To our dismay, the terrace turned out to be extremely unpleasant due to the smoke. Despite having a child with us, we were seated in the smoking area, which felt completely inappropriate. We asked to be seated indoors, but all the indoor tables were occupied. Instead of accommodating us or offering a reasonable solution, we were told to wait even longer. We obviously left.

It’s incredibly frustrating that, as a family-friendly restaurant, Zeffie’s prioritized cramming as many people as possible over ensuring a suitable environment for families and children. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from a friendly staff named Joseph. who promptly showed me to my table. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic - a perfect balance of modern elegance and cozy comfort. The overall ambiance was inviting and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a meal. The food was simply outstanding. The menu had a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. What really stood out is there hospitality specially a man named Joseph impressed me in every-way.
