Beach BBQ — Restaurant in Flacq

Our experience was sadly not very good. We did not expected any luxurious food or else we expected just normal lunch with nice service but what happened was not okey according to us. We came to the island with other people and we sat around tables like others. The head Girl told us what will happen and everything seemed alright. The boy who should have served us disappeared after he brought us first drinks. They left the bottles with cola, sprite and other on tables but they did not leave it at our table and they always took it away. Then they started to serve food and everybody around got their food but they brought it later to us because new people came and they started to serve to them. We did not get any bread that we should have got and my dad was waiting pretty long time for his lobster and the lobster definitely did not looked like the one on the pictures they have here. We did not want to make problems and we were kind of okey with the situation but what made us angry was that they told us to leave because of upcoming time and the boatman was waiting for us but because of the delay that was not our fault we did not get our dessert, they gave us grilled bananas on a tissue and we were leaving. My wife was angry because we paid the same amount of money as the others but we did not get the same treatment so she angrily threw the bananas into the water. The boatman started to yell at her but she could not defend herself because she can not speak English. I had to stoped him because it was just a banana it is degradable, people do many worse things. For example one woman fed monkey with junk food and the same boatman did not anything I think it is worse. I wanted to talk to him after but when we were getting out of the boat he moved with the boat on purpose when my wife was getting of and she fell down to the water. That was not professional and he ran away back to the ocean on his boat so we had no chance to solve this situation. We told the manager about what happened and he did...

Everything is dirty! You cannot even wash your hands and there’s NO toilet in this island! Staff are rude. Very limited options of food and my 4 years kid couldn’t have enough rice! Yes the portion...

5 Sterne – Perfekter Spot nach der Bootstour!

Nach unserer Bootstour haben wir bei Beach BBQ Halt gemacht – und es war einfach genial! • Essen: Die Pommes waren knusprig und das Chicken mega geil mariniert! Auch der Fisch war frisch und lecker – genau das Richtige nach einem Tag auf dem Wasser. • Getränke: Erfrischend und perfekt abgestimmt zum Essen. • Ambiente: Das Highlight! Man sitzt direkt auf einer kleinen Insel, genießt sein Chicken und lässt den Tag Revue passieren. Ein super cooler Spot, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.
