The service was very poor, very very very rude staffs, the manager of the outlet is not customer centric, does not provide cashier counter to order we have to use the screen service to order then come to the cashier counter to pay, the staffs in charge of delivering order does not care about the orders they just keep on talking and joking instead of preparing the orders to deliver, we were about 15-20 customers waiting for our orders which we could see wqs ready for delivery but those staffs(girls) were joking fooling around while we kept waiting, when we asked the manager to step in because its been around 30mins we are waiting and your staffs are not delivering our orders, the manager very rudely told us to leave if we are not happy if we cannot wait just leave the shop. When i told her its not a way to reply and i can see the orders are ready she told me its none of our business i will have to wait she was annoyed and angry because i told her that her staffs talking joking and are not delivering the orders. The food was ok except that we got a cold menu the burger and the chips was not hot anymore it was cold, when informed the manager she told me she cannot do anything and its not her problem. The manager needs to be trained how to trwat customers, its the third time that i am experiencing this kind of treatment in this outlet. Its the worse outlet that i visited. The manager and the staffs badly need training about customer service/customer oriented program. I will never ever rwcommend anyone to go to this outlet to eat. Its better to starve to death than to go eat at this outlet. I was not the only person complaining about there service almost every person who waiting for the orders was complaining there were children crying and all of this did not bother the staffs at all, for them they were enjoying, joking and laughing at us seeing us angry/annoyed and hungry. The worst McDonald's outlet i visited would never ever recommend anyone to this place. Very arrogant and rude staffs does not help customers at all. Even to order on the self touch screen counter they do not come to help us they just tell us to go there and place your order and come to the counter for payment. Very bad service, i request everyone to not go there to eat better go Port Louis McDonald's outlet than going Riche...
Read more(DriveThru) First; I never expect that a McDonalds should have a first class service. I’ve literally grown up in a McD, and love their food. Even go there just for coffee sometimes!! Secondly, it might have be an unfortunate serious of coincidences, but I can’t for the better of me give this more that a one star. First of all, the girl in the delivery window of the drive thru takes my receipt and keeps it, telling me to drive ahead by a few meters, squeezing behind a car already stuck there, making the car behind us get stuck behind us, cause the car in front of us haven’t got their meal yet, and it takes a good 2-3 minutes.. car behind gets irritated.. not my fault. Car in front of us gets their meal, and we move ahead to the waiting window, and waits there for 5 minutes before a girl comes by and hands us our meal (Big Mac, Grand Chicken burger and a Happy meal, nothing fancy except the vanilla and chocolate shake instead of coke). I ask for my receipt (it’s my only proof of having payed by Visa), and the girl tells me it’s in the bag. I take a quick look only to find no receipt. I ask again, politely, and she leaves, only for another woman to arrive 30 seconds later to ask what’s the problem. I ask for the receipt, telling that the woman in the previous window kept my receipt. She looks dumbfounded at me, turns around, and a few seconds later; some yelling and commotion, then she returns with a crumpled, half torn, wet piece of receipt and smiles as politely as she can under the circumstances. I ask if there’s no other receipt, like the nicely folded one I had give earlier (this was their copy obviously), only to get a bigger smile back (as if saying; “please, that’s it..”).
As we later open our meals, there’s two vanilla shakes, and no chocolate...making our youngest not so happy. Our oldest son also complains of the driest pickled cucumber he’s ever seen. In deed it must have been left outside the whole day. When we left, all the cars behind us already got their order (it was a huge line), making me believe they actually forgot us.. Thank you, McDonalds Riche Terre for never wanting...

Edit : I am a regular customer here. I come in 3-4 times a week. Your drive thru never works. You let people wait for 10 mins in the drive thru, only to then announce that the drive thru is closed. This happens every week consistently. Service is non-existing. The food sucks. You’re always out of some ingredients (never happens with your competitors, just saying), Your ice cream / milkshake machine hasn’t worked for years. Since opening, we’re still waiting on the breakfast menu (pancakes / egg Mc muffin), bins are overflowing inside the restaurant. Everyone there looks depressed. Last but not least insulting experience - Fast food you say??? Please! Once a month i end up stuck between cars in the drive through and we are all there for at least one hour. Imagine having a life outside of sitting in a drive through for 1 hour. I must spend close to USD 350 a month here but no more. I’ll go out of my way and drive to Moka to support Burger King. I’m done...
