McDonald's — Restaurant in Moka

One of the worse mc donalds even by mauritian standard. For the food and menu choice it is the same as others. However i would like to point that the crispy chicken and grand chicken filet never seem to be fresh as opposed to other location. It almost looks feel refried and sometimes undercooked. The drive through is very poorly designed the way it is positioned in the afternoon you end up having long queuing time in full sun, its a bit late now but a bit of foward planning could have avoided that by placing the queue in the shade of the building. Been here numerous times as it is on my way home and my i usually fill up on the petrol station. However, i would suggest going just a bit further to the one in Trianon for better service. Customer service is very slow, despite using the touch screen to order, there is often no cashier at the counter, last time it took me 15 minutes from order to payment. And an additional 15 minutes for service. Orders are not processed as speedily as possible, or either the drive thru orders are privileged i dont know, but the end point of the manner is that for a fast food about 30 mins of wait time from entrance to food is a bit of a let down. Also half of the self order screen were faulty despite this being a new joint.

On Saturday dated 19th July 2025 @ 20:20 when placing an order of Grand chicken meal at drive thru , we experience a very unpleasant and disgusting situation. The service is very good and very efficient. Instead of lining up to till you just need to use the digital interface to order. The food is good for occasionally eating. You can have fun time with friends and family. The problem I am having is that the ordering machine is broken. Which is annoying as you get you whole order done then when you insert you card to any it says service offline. Also I would not suggest going to McDonald's often as fast food is not good for ypur health. Think about your body. It might be good in the mouth but bad...
