Cafetería de Gala — Restaurant in Aguascalientes

Very, very rude!!! My wife, two kids, and my niece went there. My wife wanted to get coffee for herself and croissants for my kids, but me and my niece and I wanted to get some ice cream from next door. So we got 2 ice cream cups first and then walked into this place. The first thing the server told us was that food from other places wasn't allowed, when we only had two ice creams. She asked us if we could take our order to go, when the server came back to take the order. The first thing she said was, "You are going to take your order to go right? because.... again, you can not have food from other places here. I couldn't see myself sitting on a bench separated from my family just to watch them eat away from me near the cafe. Nothing like this has ever happened to me during my whole life. Also, there were only two tables occupied, but the server was immensely rude and inappropriate that I couldn't stand it, I told my wife, "Let's just go, and we left that place." It was very disrespectful, rude and sad that things like this could happen. 😞 we I really hope that they can get better on this. She didn't even apologize. Just turned her back on...

Es una cafetería muy linda, con precios justos y ambiente tranquilo. Agradable para estudiar, trabajar, estar con la pareja, familia o amistades. Tienen varios juegos de mesa que se pueden pedir para jugar en lo que se está con el consumo. El trato es excelente, muy amable y servicial. ¡Las bebidas y comida exquisitas!
