Sottovoce — Restaurant in Aguascalientes

I really like this place. Though not 100% authentic italian food, the dishes have slight twists to prep & ingredients, are very decent, the service is quick, & all the prices are beyond reasonable. ONLY 2 things that I feel they desperately need:

#1. Certain dishes desperately need garlic, which is an essential italian ingredient that's lacking at this place.

Les comparto mi última experiencia comiendo aquí: Hay mesas afuera donde no te dan servicio. El mesero "gordito" no tiene nada de tacto con los clientes, entrega los platos en la mano en vez de ponerlos a la mesa. Las bebidas muy mal preparadas. Las ensaladas nadan en vinagreta para intentar dar sabor a los ingredientes. La pasta Marinara indica mezcla de mariscos, que en realidad es un camarón partido en 10 partesitas minúsculas, 2 trozos ínfimos de pulpo así como una molienda de ingredientes que no pude definir, que por cierto también nada en vinagreta pues la pasta no tiene sabor. La limpieza de los vasos es dudosa y claramente la limpieza del piso es un tema que descuidan bastante. Los meseros parecen no tener ninguna capacitación sobre trato al comensal.
