Domino's Cancún Bonfil — Restaurant in Alfredo V. Bonfil

Extremely bad experience with our order for dinner at Dominos Bonfil from UberEATS. We placed our order around 8:30-9 pm after arriving at our stay in Cancun, 5 mins drive from this place. After waiting patiently till 10, the order didn't arrive in time and when we called restaurant to ask, they kept bluffing us with time and issues. First they said it will come in 20 mins then they said payment is pending even though it was already charged and paid through UberEATS. When called again to ask, they hung up the call to kill time till their closing time of 11pm. We wasted two hours and still didn't get the order. Ultimately it was refunded by UberEATS but we paid a surcharge fee of $3 for no mistake of ours. Impolite staff, won't recommend to order from them...

SCAM! AVOID! Ordered on Uber Eats and got a notification to say it would arrive at 6pm. 6pm comes and goes with zero response from Domino's. At 9pm, I was left with no food at all because all the other options were now closed.

It's clearly a regular trick as my hotel staff immediately cringed when they saw where I'd ordered from.

If you are looking at reviews because this has just happened to you (sorry!) then claim your money back directly through Uber Eats. When you click on your past orders press "Get Help" - "Past Order" - "Order Never Arrived". You get a refund but it takes 3-10 days.

Its a shame you have to give a one star as a zero star is not an option. After one month in Mexico and a 20000km of road trip, eating in many roadside locations, restaurants and cafes with no problems, my daughter and I caught Salmonella on our last night. We. Are still suffering 4 days later!! Not a nice experience at all and the 20 hour flight home was an absolute nightmare. We deducted it was from the boneless chicken wings we shared, even writing the words makes me feel nauseous, still!! My wife and son had pizza which we all shared but they did not have the wings. A terribly disappointing and disgusting experience. Definitely...
