Food was good but service and overall experience was horrible. Kids enjoyed the star shaped chicken nuggets. Be prepared for long wait times. Beware the Kiosk where you can order your food and DOUBLE CHECK that your entire order is in the bag before you walk away.
First, we went for breakfast and due to the long line, ordered at the kiosk. There were no breakfast menu items on the kiosk. so take note that the entire menu is not available if you use the kiosk. We could not even order coffee via the Kiosk.
Second, wait time - We waited about 15-20 minutes to finally get our food. There was a bunch of us waiting. This should not happen at a fast food restaurant. We saw tons of people constantly checking their watches and one lady needing to run with food, luggage and a child to catch her flight that she almost missed.
Thirdly, when we finally got our food, we had to remind the staff that we also had 2 drinks. We took our food to the table and realized our Crisscut fries (2 orders) were missing from the bag. We went back within 2 minutes to tell the lady and she wanted the entire bag back. This made no sense. We took the bag and she started removing the fries that we ordered and replacing with Crisscut fries. We had to tell her we ordered both and she reluctantly put it back. Staff was making mistake after mistake despite taking their sweet time. Horrible service.
Fourthly, we noticed we were not the only ones with messed up orders. A couple next to us. Got their food. Sat down to eat. A staff then came running to them requesting their bag back. Turns out they were given the wrong order. I do not recommend this place.
Lastly, I understand Airport food is expensive but there is no reason a family of 4 should spend $75 (usd) for fast food breakfast. Big mistake!

Read moreIf your at this airport craving Carls Jr. I suggest you use high caution. My kid was in need of chicken stars and I need a Western bacon cheeseburger combo. The line was super long, and looked to be moving slowly. I opted to use the electronic kiosk next to the register which had a much smaller line.
When it was my turn to order from the touch screen menu, to my surprise they did not offer any chicken stars on the screen menu, even though they offered it on their regular menu. We decided to get in the long line and order in person. When we finally got to the front and ordered the chicken stars, the clerk at the front asked if we wanted a six or nine piece. We ordered the nine piece and waited for our number to be called.
When our number was called and we picked up our food, guess what, no chicken stars. My wife complained to the person at the front and their response was “well maybe you didn’t order it, or he didn’t hear you.” They didn’t apologize or offer to make it right away, instead we had to wait in-line again.
Our flight was close to leaving so I had lost all hope on the chicken stars. I decided to make one last attempt and wait in-line. I finally got to the front and ordered the chicken stars again. I made a comment to the guy at the register since he was the original one who took my order, and do you think he was apologetic? He did not give a rats what I had to say.
My advice to you is skip Carls Junior altogether and try some of the other food in the food court. If you must have Carls Junior double check your receipt...
Read moreI wish I could give this place negative stars. After waiting in like for literally 35 minutes I get to the counter to order my burger and I am told they are out of every burger and only have chicken left. So I order some chicken tenders and a drink. Their POS system must have poor connection because running a credit card takes forever… so after I wait for that the man hands me my receipt and tells me to go wait for my food. You’d think it wouldn’t be much of a wait since I only got chicken tenders and all they have left is chicken. Nope. Another 15 minutes go by before I get my food. The girl hands me the bag, checks my receipt, and walks away. Without giving me my drink cup. So I wait a couple more minutes and she comes back and I tell her I need my cup for my drink. She proceeded to argue that I didn’t order a drink. I showed her my receipt as proof that I did order it and then she changed her story to say the man who took my order gave me my cup. Which he did not. I tried to tell her this but she just shook her hand in my face and walked away. I spent almost an hour waiting to get some chicken tenders which were awful and didn’t even...
