ESLA Burger — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

This is one of those awesome little gems that you can feel almost proud of yourself for finding.

Aesthetically inviting. Simple. Clean. Cool local ambience (the logo is even cool). Intimate but fun. The staff is extremely friendly and inviting. They tolerated my terrible Spanish with hearty laughs. There’s even a little parking (not always easy to find in Cabo).

ABOVE ALL: The menu is simple but don’t be fooled: the food is AMAZING. Delicious. Great price point.

The seats of the restaurant where not comfortable. I ordered a hot dog and it seems to be that they don't know how to serve that kind of sausage. The hot dog was very dry and tasted just like a plain bread . The amount of sour cabbage was served to the minimum. I also ordered sweet potato chips and where not crunchy at all. All my mates that ordered hamburgers though that it was average hamburger nothing special. I mean it's good to go get something different but I don't think the food is...

We stumbled upon ESLA Burger at the Cabo art walk on Friday nights. Without question, ESLA Burger is not only one of the best burgers you'll eat in Cabo, it's one of the best burgers you'll eat anywhere! Pedro and his staff are kind and accommodating with a creative menu. And they're absolutely hilarious 😂. I live in Cabo and have guests from the US almost every week.
