Palmerio at Four Seasons Cabo Del Sol nails it with fresh flavors, beautiful presentation, and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe.

We kicked off with a colorful crudités platter and a creamy burrata salad - both super fresh and light. For mains, the lobster with squid ink pasta and scallop risotto were rich but balanced, showcasing top-quality seafood.

Desserts were a hit too, with a citrusy brûlée and a decadent chocolate creation. Service was warm, attentive, and great with kids, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Filet au poivre with duck fat seared fingerling potatoes was excellent, also had truffled potatoes au gratin & artichoke appetizer. They have Baja brewing company beer, which was one of the better Mexican beers I’ve had. One of the best meals I've had in a while.
