Tried this Mexican restaurant while staying at grand fiesta. Ambience is warm and has the rich colorful cultural vibe. The service is excellent and staff is very accommodating. We enjoyed the mixed fajitas (veggies only) and pumpkin with mole. Due to less vegetarian options in main course, tasted lot of appetizers - stuffed plantain, stuffed chipotle taco, oyster mushroom taco, dry noodle soup, and Atlixsco salad. Dry noodle soup was definitely dry and was bland to my taste buds. Enjoyed the mushroom taco and stuffed chipotle taco. Atlixsco salad was different with goat cheese and veggies combination. Would definitely recommend adding in salsa and habanero sauce to enjoy the rich flavorful tacos!
