Sushito Bar — Restaurant in Baja California Sur

Absolutely amazing experience. Did not know what to expect getting sushi in Mexico, but this was beyond my expectations. Super high quality ingredients, fantastic preparation and all was delicious! The mangonada was massive and probably could be split with two people with very interesting mix of sweet, salty, spicy and citrus. All the sushi dishes were very large and filling with high grade seafood. But the tropical ceviche was absolutely amazing - huge portion, so flavourful, loaded with top quality octopus, shrimp and tuna, delicious citrus and spicy flavour - a must have if stopping here! Service was fantastic, prompt and very polite. A must go if you feel like switching...

EDIT: its been 1.5 months since my original 5.0 review. Now it's only gotten better! They make me feel like family. Knowing HOW I like my food. And even bringing my side ginger, onion and Serrano peppers on the side. In extra. And no Wasabi. Perfect. The waitress Tanya is amazing. Very thoughtful. Thankful for this restaurant!

EDITAR: han pasado 1,5 meses desde mi revisión original 5.0. ¡Ahora solo ha mejorado! Me hacen sentir como en familia. Saber CÓMO me gusta mi comida. E incluso llevando de mi lado jengibre, cebolla y chiles serranos. En extra. Y nada de Wasabi. Perfecto. La camarera Tanya es increíble. Muy pensativo. ¡Agradecido por este restaurante!

Prices are great! Diego is an amazing chef and treats me like family. He speaks great English so he makes sure my meal IS EXACTLY how I love it. And I appreciate it! Good is delicious. I got the fried rice with chicken beef and shrimp. And the service is outstanding. I was welcomed with bug smiles and friendly. Which to me is very important for a 5☆ review. They gave me Ginger on the side,Serrano peppers and onions. I will be back for sure. The restaurant is also very clean with beautiful wood tables and great menus. In English wnd Español. Thank you
